There's also a debate on about which is more important, local or organic? If you had the choice between local vegetables or organically grown ones (assuming the local ones are not), which is the better choice? And that might depend on whether you are making your choice based on your own health or based on the environment as a whole. And you know, sometimes I just want a doughnut.
