Your Doctor will tell you what you already know. You have an addiction to caffeine and the only way to stop the headaches is to wait out the withdrawal headaches. Which sucks but a week or two of feeling crappy or how many years of upset stomach and headaches?

I swear, caffeine withdrawl is just as bad as nicotine withdrawl, at least based on what I have read. But your body will thank you for it after you complete the process.

I had a friend who drank a 12 pack of Coke a day. She gave it up for lent one year. She was miserable for a week and then felt fine after that. Now she drinks a 6 pack a day, hey it is progress.
