That insertion will only happen during a conversion. Even if your book is already in MOBI format, you'll need to convert MOBI-MOBI to get the jacket inserted.

G, thank you. What you just said is what I remember reading the first time. I knew there was something I had to physically check and thought what I described in my first question wasn't going to be sufficent. Where do I locate the Structure Detection tab? I do remember reading I'd have to convert from MOBI to MOBI.
