Hello,
In Calibre, I have the following format under save to disk:

{authors}/{series}/{authors} - {series} {series_index} - {title}

So I added a new book (not in a series) and the name of the imported book is:

title - author

Do I have some error that is preventing it from using:

author - title

Or is there other setting I'm missing?
