Absolutely. I moved half a world away from friends and family just so that I could do what I love. It meant giving up many things that most people would hold dear, but we only get to go around once, so while we live, let us
live. It has been worth it.
The motto I have under my Family coat of arms reads that way too;
Dum vivimus, vivamus. 
(My Latin isn't good enough to know if the grammar is correct!
