I need some reflow on my kindle 3, so I started to convert my files to mobi, the thing is calibre took 1hour to convert just one file, so stopped it. Now I tried with another file, it have been running for almost 2 hours yet still stuck %69. Its just a 1000page 2,2mb chm file, yet It cannot convert it.

does anybody knows a nice linux tool(s) that can convert chm and pdf to mobi.
