My epub has a list of ninety vegetables and fruits accompanied by mineral content and healing properties. To keep the three together I formatted it as a table with three columns and made each fruit name a 3rd level TOC item.
Converting the epub to mobi using Calibre's default settings broke the TOC and now those ninety TOCs defaults to the 1st page in the chapter.
Do I really need to reformat that chapter so the 3rd level TOCs are not enclosed in a table data cell?
Any Sugestions:
