Sorry to everyone above who requested my script, I've been abroad (hence the need to email me the newspapers!).
Script is attached, replace the *@gmail.com and **** (for password) and *@kindle.com with your details. Rename it to .sh and copy it to your box etc.
Then create a crontab and run it when required - it takes a good 10 mins all in on my atom based acer revo.
