I am not sure - why not try it? I do not have that combination of devices (either one in fact) so cannot test it myself.

The problem is that the various reading programs seem to deviate slightly from the official OPDS standard. Originally calibre2opds was going to produce a fully OPDS compliant catalog. It was found that this meant some of the common reader software that was based on earlier versions of the OPDS standard no longer worked with the calibre2opds generated catalog. This means that one needs to tweak the catalog format for such programs and thus the introduction of the compatibility mode option into calibre2opds. The unfortunate by-product is that it is not always possible to produce a catalog that runs with all reading devices/software.

If at any time people point out any minor mods that can be made to the catibre2opds catalog formats that make them more portable between devices then the suggestions are always going to be considered, and if no issues are found they would be incorporated into the next calibre2opds release.
