You know they are a company that means business when they do that.

But still, dell is a good company, they gave me a brand new laptop for free with 2x the specs because my old one had a problem with the hard drive and they didn't want to send a tech out to repair it (even though I told them I could replace it myself if they mailed the parts beforehand) - Now that's customer service.
