I have an iPad and two Kindles (k2 & K3). I love them all. Reading is much more convenient on the Kindle, IMO. iPads are great for other things, but the 10 ounce weight and long battery life of the Kindle makes it perfect for reading. Plus Kindles do a great job when you're making notes or copying passages to upload to your computer.
