Not really.

The "cannot read, cannot delete" thing can happen on any download, the larger the ebook the more likely. I got it on a ordinary ebook, the second shot at a download worked (but said name(2)) and I could read it but had to do a reset shortly because attempt to read other books caused a freeze.

The reset got things working and I deleted the damaged item using the USB lin the next day.
