FYI their stock tanked today, in part due to a report that they hired a law firm in an attempt to avoid bankruptcy.

"Tanked," by the way, means they lost like 13¢. Their stock price is below $1 now, has been for the last few weeks. They may get delisted if this keeps up.

I suspect they're toast.
