I am using your GUI for these tools to create my books.
In the OPF file I supply (inside the zip file) I place the TOC at the bottom of both the 'manifest' and the 'Spine' area, but when the book is built the TOC always appears at the front of the book.
I thought 'Spine' dictacted the order of the documents on the spine - or is the TOC a special case?
Is there anyway for me to get the TOC at the end of the book or is this a limitation of the LRF format?
I have attached a copy of the OPF file for you if you need it..
