Oh, good. I am going down this weekend for a visit so I am going to go look at them again. I will probably look at the Tab as well, but I have a feeling it would be locked to a US carrier. I hear rooting the Tab is much more involved than doing the NC. I have done simple hacking to some of my old phones in the past, but I am not very experienced, so I wouldn't want to attempt to root a Tab.
