We are doing that.
He had been very good, four days in a row without an accident. Then he lost it on Sunday, Monday, and this morning. He has been with us a week and we started his housebreaking. His foster parents had 12 other puppies and let them pee and poop where they wanted and did minimal clean up. We had to give him a bath as soon as he got home because he had poop in his fur.
I know it is going to take a while to train him. Today he went out 15 minutes after eating, then 30 minutes after eating. Then he started pooping, was stopped, and finished outside. We played outside for 10 minutes or so, came in, and he peed. (sigh)
I know there will be some road bumps along the way and we cannot yell at him but this morning was a bit frustrating. Ah well, he will get it down.
