it's not halucinatory random, so for a single synaesthetic who percieves lets say numbers in colours and therein a 2 as prussian blue and a 7 as green this connections won't change.

Yup. I don't know if that qualifies as partial synaesthesia but for me the numbers 30 to 39 have always been dark green, 50 to 59 show a sort of light blue, 20 to 29 yellow, 40 to 49 are orange ... I don't know if that stuck from some display of the numbers I saw as a child (I can't recall seeing or owning one with those colours) or if it just came naturally.
What I
can say is that it always struck me as odd (and still does) that many or most other people (?) apparently
don't associate numbers and colours in such a way
