You should be able to find your notes folder in the root (called 'notes').
Stupidly however, that's not the place notes are actually stored.
The notes are stored in system\config\Active Contents\mnt\ext1\
and under a folder named whatever ebook you happened to make notes for.
Note (pun intended) that notes are not actually deleted on the device, if you delete them via the 903 note-taking menu.
