I am at a loss. What is clear is that Windows is refusing to let calibre create a database, saying that the disk cannot be written. My guess is that your C: drive is corrupted, but that is only a guess. It could be permissions or policies, neither of which can be debugged remotely.
At this point I bow out. Perhaps someone else will have better ideas about what to do.
