Jonathan Aquino did a wonderful job
comparing Fitaly and
Atomik, two alternative text layouts which are both aimed for faster text input on PDAs and other devices with pen-based interfaces. In fact he wrote a script in Groovy (never heard of thatlanguage before!) which calculates the
gestures required for entering the words in Textware's Dom Perignon IV Speed Contest.
Looks like Fitaly is the winner with a close margin between 2 and 4 percent.
