I've been living abroad so long that I now actually think metrically for temperature, weights, and distances. For some reason I still think Imperial for ruler measurements. I don't know why that is...
For the past 20+ years I've been using metric rulers. I should think in those terms too, right?

For example, I buy my tea in tins that weigh 250gms, rather than 4oz. My teacup is a one liter stein. But my waist size is 35 inches. Go figure. I'm going to go pour another liter of tea!
