I had a whole stack of plastic forks from a work party a few years ago, and I just finished them (for lunches at work). Now that I'm out I bring my utensils to work. I do have paper plates for when I need them, but I try not to use them (again at work). I also meal plan for the entire week, and I've stopped eating out for lunch which has saved me a lot of money. I still eat out for dinner every once in a while though.

Now that it's winter, I've dropped my thermostat to 65, but the bill is still too high. Temp outside is 20-30 F right now. Now at night I'm dropping it another degree or two since when I'm snuggled in bed I warm up pretty quickly.
