You don't even have to browse to the program's directory in cmd. However, if it doesn't work, then you'll have to because it means the path wasn't successfully added during install.
I'm sorry for being so obtuse, but I don't understand any of this. How in the world can someone edit an image without seeing it directly? How do I call the program form the cmd prompt? It's been years since I last used it, and even then I had trouble with it. There's nothing under "Users" on my computer. And what exactly do I do with the quote you provided for me?
