I live in New Zealand and bought a Kobo 3 months ago and already the screen has gone.
Customer support is by email only, they want me to pay 70 dollars Canadian to mail the faulty product.
No support from the retailer either!
It is a total ripoff, so do not buy this product if you live in New Zealand.
