Got a good excuse to take it easy in the store next week, it's still incredibly busy and I hadn't have enough time for my usual January/start of the month chores so I might get those finally done.

The icing in cycles is supposed to help keep from damaging tissues with the ice, something I picked up back when I was badly spraining by ankle half a dozen times or more a year. That and to keep wrapping it for at least a week after I think it's healed.
