I have always read but never constantly but since I first got a 600 and now a 650 I have read a lot more books. TV has gone out the window. I love my reader

and take it with me most places I go.
On the case issue I have a Sony case with a light and I dont find it a problem. I bend it back and read it like a paperback with my left thumb resting against the page turn button.
