I have found that the Calibre e-reader does not accurately display Mobi files, I recommend using Kindle for PC to preview your Mobis after converting with Calibre. The Calibre e-reader ignores chapter points for example, while Kindle for PC will treat them properly as they would appear on the Kindle screen.
