Just curious, since you bought it at Newegg, why not get the warranty from them?
It should be no problem if you still have an email with the order number. I'm pretty
sure they could date the extention as well as anyone else would.

Newegg's FAQ mentions being able to buy the extended warranties within 30 days
of the purchase.
