I have various types of ebook files. lit, pdf, mobi, epub etc..

Whenever i send my books to my nook color, some titles appear in the library with and without thumbnails and some appear in the "my files" section with and without thumbnails (meaning book covers). all ebooks have covers as shown in calibre.

any ideas??
