For a while, I started collecting hardcovers of my favorite books. But then I realized that paperbacks were easier to hold and read, so I switched back to them.

Now ebooks are the easiest format. So I don't worry about if a series starts in paperback and goes to ebook, I just get my favorite format for new ones.
