I do enjoy Guinness but Hopslam is something special.

My first night in Milan I went to the Bar Magenta. I ordered a large Guinness. The bartender looked at me, a 20 year old American kid, and said that I didn't want that but he would give me something I would like. I insisted on a large Guinness. He bet me that I couldn't finish said drink in 10 minutes. If I did, my beer for the evening was on him. He poured the Guinness, I slammed it in 30 seconds. I drank well that night.
