I upgraded from Calibre 0.7.33 to 0.7.39 today, and now Calibre won't open. Instead I get an error:

Python function terminated unexpectedly
source code not available (Error Code: 1)
---

Any clue what this might mean? I've restarted, even uninstalled and reinstalled Calibre entirely, same result.
