Although the
PDF of the User Manual (also on the reader as an ePUB) does not have screen shots, it does have very good explanations. The issue is finding them easily. If you have a PDF reader that lets you copy and paste (I use FoxIt reader for this), then you can create a custom user guide for her with only the sections she will need to use.
PS: I'm thinking you would create it using a program like Word and then mail it to her
