There are still 'only' 15 deaths... One man was found 80 km's from where he disappeared... 55 people are still missing, and they reckon some will never be found.

I think SE Queensland were well prepared for this disaster, and that's why 'only' 15 have died... It's still 15 too many, but the area we're talking about spans the whole of Europe.
