I received a Pandigital for Christmas and think it is awesome. It does a lot for an e reader. I have read a lot of complaints on it but then I realized that all these people complaining were trying to make it do more than it was intended to do. People are trying to make it into something like a tablet, but forget that it was intended to be a reader. It surfs the web, plays music, checks email, and in my opinion just pretty awesome in general. But then again this is my first reader and i am super excited to have it considering I am running out of places to put my physical books. The one complaint that I do have about the Pandigital Novel is that the Canadian and US firmware updates were way different. The Canadian one has a feature where it reads to you, and has these little arrows on the pages for to flip. It also included some other things but that escapes my memory. I would also like to note that the before firmware and after firmware update makes for two totally different pandigital novels.
