I have a PDF file of an old book that was nicely done, but I'm having a problem when converting it to epub format. In the pdf file each page has a header, the even numbered pages have the author's name and page number at the top of the page, and the odd numbered pages have the book's title and page number at the top of the page. When I convert this to ebup and upload it to my Nook Color the author/title and page number appears at odd places in the text. Is there anyway to convert this book to epub, upload it to my Nook, and maintain the original format?
