How do you set the starting and ending page of a conversion?

Sometimes when converting a large document you don't want the entire thing converted. You only want a section of the input file converted and written to the output file. This is similar to printing a document -- you sometimes don't want every page printed, but give a starting and ending page number.

I've search Calibre help, done Google searches, searched this forum various ways and don't see the answer.

It seems a very obvious need -- have I overlooked how to do it?
