...finally came today. I had previously purchased one for my brother's Kindle 3, which hides completely; the Sony 950 sticks out through the curve at the top. Might be just right for a 650. It's pretty tight—the kindle's tapered sides fit better—but the leather will mold to the reader's corners eventually.
