On your PC go to Manage my Kindle and scroll down the page. You should see your newspaper subscription. There is a pull down menu so you can choose yesterday's issue and have it sent to your Kindle.
Also, you should check your archived periodicals on your Kindle to see if it's already there. When the new issue is sent the old issue is moved to the archive on your Kindle.
