Seems that Sunrise XP simply asks Windows to open the report file with the registered standard program. The files have the extension ".sxr". While the Sunrise XP Logo and the type "Sunrise XP Update Report" were registered on my computer, there was no application registered for opening the file.
A very easy way to do this is
- create an empty file with this extension e.g. rhubarb.sxr
- double click on it
- select your favorite browser (that is firefox for me)
- check the box that makes this the default application for this extension
(sorry, don't have an English Windows at hand for a nice screenshot).
After this procedure, I could use that menu item right away.
(I found the report files in C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\Sunrise XP\Reports and saw, that browsers can interpret them, so I got the idea to register them to the browser......)
Hope that helps.
