Annoying thing is this is a replacement within a warranty period which extends to 2013 - and the hassle I had trying to get the first one sorted....(They replaced m/b 3*, optical disc 2* and heat sink)...and I can't email the technical support directly [it seems I need to do it from the laptop - which is a few hundred miles from me....].
