As you say "You are HERE", for which all of us at MR are very grateful.
You didn't know that when you joined that we would become such a nagging bunch did you?
I happen to be a great believer in the regenesis of brain cells, but I am sure that greater minds than mine will not agree. Let them - it's what you or I believe in. Positivity has it's own aura, as does negativity. I know which camp I would rather be in.
