Is there a way, or a tweak I can add, that will set the order of preference for file types when setting cover from the ebook file? For example I have titles with a .lit and .pdf file, and the covers are being selected from the pdf file. The problem is there is no cover in the pdf but there is one in the lit file. I realise I can do this in the individual title edit screen but I'd rather do this in bulk and I'm getting text pages as the cover.
