This (and the others) were free when I posted -- I got them all at no charge (don't have any billing info there, so it won't let me buy anything but free books). Now, I see one more, Messages: The World's Most Documented Extraterrestrial Contact Story, and it is doing what you have reported. Looks like Sony has half-way fixed their error in pricing (but not enough to stop the product pages from showing $0.
