Kindle and Nook app on same e-reader, plus color: does Pocketbook IQ fits the bill?

I am looking for a color device (wish could be eink, but not available at this point I think) which can handles Nook and Kindle application on the same device. My wife and I tried the NC but did not fit the bill; too locked and does not support landscape right now, besides other things.

My question is, would Pocketbook IQ fit the bill? These are some of the more important features we are looking for:

-Android platform but not locked
-Color device
-Not too heavy
-Around $200.00 (could be 50 more or less)

This won't be for long reading sessions and I already have a main e-reader, which is a Kindle; more like an alternative device.

Any inputs from Pocketbook IQ users?
