I am getting convinced I am not going to drink this tea.
Not my cup. I want to try it from another source before I draw the line. this one is a bit smoky? It is not supposed to be I think, at least I have never read that Sheng Pu-Erh has smoky flavour.
Maybe I infuse it incorrectly. I guess I should stop doing it at work where I don't have thermometer and it is a wild guess when the temperature drops to 70-80C.
