Well all of the ebook readers our there are "new" products that need some finishing touches and/or software updates.
I personally think the Kindle is
very usable and fine the way it is. I would much rather have the product as it is now rather than waiting a year or two longer for it to be "perfect." I guess I'm one of those instant gratification guys.
But like Harry mentioned, all the e-ink readers are pretty good products as they are now.
