My novel, The Girl Who Ran With Horses, two of the horses qualify as main characters. Plus a few others are secondary characters.

My short story "Inferno", which will be in my new collection (Demon Candy) due out soon, the main character is a cat. Specifically, an undead hellcat. He's furry. Even cuddly. Sometimes.

But neither of those is what I think of when someone asks about "furry"...
