Find:
<p class="calibre8"><span class="calibre3 bold">([0-9])</span></p>

Replace:
<h2>\1</h2>

This will do chapters 1-9.

For Chapters 10+
Find:
<p class="calibre8"><span class="calibre3 bold">([0-9][0-9])</span></p>

Replace:
<h2>\1</h2>
