A variation on this question, the answer is probably already posted and I'm just not putting the correct search terms together. I thought the answer might be in tweaks but I couldn't find anything that seemed to indicate how metadata for the cover page was chosen.

When creating a metadata page to insert at the beginning of a book, how do I get contents of a custom column or "custom metadata" to appear? What currently appears in the output is title, series, author & publisher (date), rating, tags then comments.
